The Dog Health & Care System and any other digital products sold by Eleanor & Barnaby are delivered electronically. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Accidental purchases

• Failure to use or download the product

• Personal dissatisfaction with the content

• Purchasing a product and later deciding it is no longer needed

• Expecting results that were not expressly promised on the product page

• Lack of compatibility caused by the customer's own device, software, or internet connection when the files themselves are functioning correctly

If you experience a genuine problem accessing or receiving your digital product due to an error on our side, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

We will first make every reasonable effort to:

• Restore your access

• Provide a new download link

• Re-send the purchased files

• Correct any technical delivery issue

If we are unable to successfully provide the digital product you purchased, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or there has been an incorrect billing error, please contact us so we can review the transaction and correct any verified mistake.
